Seasider
The Seasider train is Dunedin's scenic coastal tourist train operating from the historic Railway Station in Dunedin New Zealand. The journey from Dunedin to Palmerston follows the coast and is the most scenic section of the main trunk line (there is no longer a pasenger service between Christchurch and Invercargill). From Palmerston, it is possible to travel by coach to Macraes Gold Mine and Pukerangi, and by train via Taieri River Gorge to Dunedin.
